Responsible for Preventive, Corrective and Breakdown maintenance of the equipment. • Trouble shooting of rotating equipment. • Planning and scheduling day to day work. • Condition monitoring of rotating equipment’s. • Contract job follow up. • Modification / retrofit of the equipment. • Cost control activities and reducing the Maintenance Cost. • Conducting safety meeting to subordinates. • Conducting tool box meeting and risk assignment for all jobs. • Improving the reliability of the equipment by doing small modification. • Improving the Technician / Fitter Skill. • Contacting frequent Technical Sessions for co-workers. • Assigning work to group of workers. • Planning tools and tackles. • Giving technical guidance to Technicians and fitters. • Preparing daily reports and complete job reports for overhauled equipment’s shutdown reports etc. • Spares Inspection at stores and other important activates for trouble free operation of the plant.
