Assist drilling and maintenance crews with daily rig operations under supervision Perform general labor duties including cleaning, painting, and basic maintenance of rig floors, decks, and equipment Handle tools, pipes, hoses, and materials safely as instructed by senior crew members Support loading, unloading, and moving of equipment and supplies on the rig or worksite Follow all safety procedures, permit systems, and emergency protocols at all times Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment Assist during rig-up and rig-down operations Comply with company rules, safety standards, and supervisor instructions Work effectively as part of a team in physically demanding and challenging environments Report unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or incidents to supervisors immediately
