Oversee day-to-day operations and lead maintenance activities for static and rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, and heat exchangers. This includes condition monitoring (vibration analysis, lube oil analysis) and managing breakdown or shutdown activities. • Provide on-site assistance during construction and installation activities, ensuring that mechanical systems are installed correctly and functioning properly. • Assist in identifying and resolving mechanical issues, conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance • Assist senior engineers in project planning and execution, which may involve the installation, erection, and alignment of new equipment and associated piping systems. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures at high-risk sites, conduct quality analysis of joints and materials, and perform regular inspections. • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations during all stages of project execution, identifying potential hazards and implementing appropriate safety measures. • Assist in developing technical drawings using CAD software, preparing engineering specifications, maintaining documentation for maintenance procedures, and preparing project status reports. • Investigate equipment failures to determine the root cause, recommend remedies, and implement solutions to enhance existing operations. • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and material availability at the site. • Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted plant operations
