Roles and Responsibilities
Equipment commissioning after shutdown & slowdown, PSSR; system process isolation plans & procedures development; isolation plan presentations & trainings for new hires. Work with contractors: provide permit-to-work training, assist with PTW pack development & assess work in field. 28/28 rotation. Cover Oil, Gas & Utility systems duties. Coordinate activities between contractors & Operation team. Develop isolation P&IDs, documentation & procedures. System procedures/description check for correction & editing. P&IDs and system checks for inaccuracies & correction requests. Electronic Permit-to-Work subject matter expert, lead e-PTW system familiarization meetings, assist with PTW/JSA creating for newcomers. Monitor working conditions & troubleshoot upsets of Gas Compression (Centrifugal & Oil Flooded Screw types with Turbine & Electric motor drivers), Gas Dehydration (MEG & TEG) & Injection systems. Developing isolation, purging & leak testing plans for Turbine Gas Injection Compressors during ShutDown. Newcomers mentoring for Utility & Oil systems. Monitor working conditions & troubleshoot upsets of Crude Oil Stabilization & Shipping, Produced Water Treatment & Injection systems. Work with high-pressure centrifugal pumps ( up to 27000 kPa working pressure), PIG launching & receiving, valve function testing, doing sediments removing operations. System LOTO, flashing, draining & venting for isolations. P&ID inaccuracy identification & correction. Achievements - become Technician III (Gas Operator); was a part of Turbine Gas Injection Compressor isolation team. Monitor working conditions & troubleshoot upsets of Turbine Power Generation, Air Compression, Fire Water, Hot Oil Heating, Fuel Distribution, Drainage & Flare systems. Did system isolation (document preparation & equipment LOTO). Check Process Area for hazards. Achievements - become Technician lvl II (Oil Operator), got rights for issue Permits to Work.
