Prior to approval of the Requisitions by Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) confer when necessary with dept. heads regarding quantities, cost, usage history, lead time, and Local purchases versus state purchase. To be specific in ordering parts. Indicate the name, manufacturer, part number additional comments of part order to avoid problem for the supplier. Prior to approval of the Requisitions reviews of AFE and accounting codes for allocation of materials and equipment costs. Receive and issues all materials into and out of the warehouse with the appropriate documentation on a timely basis.
