Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure efficient system performance Diagnose faults and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC equipment Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and operation manuals Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments for optimal efficiency Handle refrigerants safely and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations Inspect components such as compressors, motors, fans, ducts, and thermostats Replace defective parts and ensure proper functioning after repair Maintain records of maintenance activities, service reports, and equipment history Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians for maintenance schedules and breakdowns Ensure workplace safety standards and use proper tools and protective equipment Support installation and commissioning of new HVAC systems
