Prepare short and long term plan for drilling & work-over Operations (programs, Equipment, Tools, Rig Specifications & Requirements). ▪ Contribute to enhance planning related system (database, IAP). ▪ Establish operation strategy in a team for improving operation results , time, problem solution ▪ Following-up daily operations in all onshore & offshore Drilling & Work-over Rigs in Eastern desert fields providing the technical advice & instructions to well-site supervisors. ▪ Responsible for collection & analysis of all technical data, reports & schedules ▪ Offshore and gas technical support ▪ Onshore & offshore logistics, service companies, equipment coordinator. ▪ Practical knowledge in the planning and execution of well programs for vertical, directional, horizontal, re-entry wells, both development and exploration and high pressure/ high temperature wells. ▪ Familiar with drilling operations, rig movement, location preparation, drilling programs, rig selection for type of wells and understanding material. ▪ Good knowledge of best drilling practices. ▪ Highly committed to HSE in drilling operations ▪ Practical knowledge of any data base drilling software and drilling engineering packages ▪ Excellent communication and supervision skills ▪ Active member in the planning related matters
