Prepare scheduled maintenance program/ preventive maintenance plans (PM) for EOT cranes. • Worked on 0.5 Ton to 380 Tons EOT cranes, with different types of function • Main hoist, Aux Hoist, 10 ton hoist C.T Aux C.T, L.T, Fork operated for coil handling, Grab bucket scale pit, scrape yard crane, Magnet cranes, also we work on Gantry cranes, semi gentry cranes, Jib cranes, Mono rail service. Supervision in erection of electrical equipment like M.V. Switchgear. Auxiliary Transformer. Rectifier transformer. DC 750v Isolator Panel. Inverter Transformer, L.V. Switchboard, Battery Rack etc. • Inspection and monitoring of electrical equipment testing including Insulation checks. Megger testing, Continuity testing. • Inspection and installation of cable trays both Ladder and Perforated trays with their related documents. Supervise in M.V. cables, L.V cables and their termination.
