Supervised Rotating Machinery Equipment Assembly, Erection, Leveling, Alignment, Flange Parallelism, Oil Flushing, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, and start-Up Such as:- Compressor’s, Steam Turbines, Pumps, and Fin-fan Cooler’s etc. • Static’s Equipment Erection, Leveling and Alignment Such as-: Columns, Vessels, Reactors, Filters, Suckers, Skids, and Packages, etc. • Fin-fancoolers Assembly, erection, leveling, alignment and belt tensioning. • Internal installation of Columns, Vessels, Reactor, Suckers, such as-Trays, Down Comers, Seal pens, Outlet collector trays, Lower liquid Distributor Trays, Mixing chamber, Liquid collector trays, Quench distributor trays and Chimney trays etc. Leak test of chimney tray, seal pans and down comers. • Pipe fabrication (Spooling) Pipe Support fabrication, erection and all further activities related to piping/ supporting. • Ensuring safe effective and efficient execution of Mechanical Rotating & Static installation activities in accordance with the project schedule and compliance to safety, quality and technical policies procedures and standards. • Providing technical support to all company functional teams within an assigned construction division and geographical area. • Provide technical guidance to assure Subcontractor compliance during planning installation and completion of electrical installation activities. • Interfaces with other project and construction area teams removing progress constraints, sharing lessons learned and executing corrective actions. • Manage large area-based construction scope ensuring effective management of Subcontractor including external and internal interfaces. • Multiple technical and non-technical interface requiring
