• Installation, Dismantling & Overhauling of Rotating Equipment • Centrifugal Pumps (BB, Overhung, Vertical) • Centrifugal Compressors (Multi-stage, BCL Type) • Steam Turbines, Steam Turbine Driven Pumps & Cooling Towers • Mechanical Seals, Labyrinth Seals, Bearings Replacement • Laser & Rim and Face Alignment • Preventive, Predictive & Shutdown Maintenance • CMMS / MAXIMO • PTW, LOTO, JSA, QHSE Compliance Perform installation, maintenance, repair and testing of rotating equipment ensuring operational reliability and QHSE compliance. Execute PM, CM and shutdown maintenance of pumps, compressors, gearboxes and cooling towers. Conduct laser alignment, bearing and seal replacement, maintain logs and update CMMS/SAP records. Overhauling of centrifugal compressors (BCL type), steam turbines and pumps. Rotor inspection, impeller clearance checks, labyrinth seal replacement and precision alignment during shutdowns
