Having experience in numerous types of Centrifugal, Reciprocating and Rotary Pumps in various capacities and different working temperatures.  Preventive, break down and overhauling of pumps.  Bearing and oil seal inspection and fixing with shafts.  Plunger Pump packing replacement, Suction & Discharge valve cleaning and fixing.  Handled single, double, Internal and External types of mechanical seals and gland robe packing Involved in Pre commissioning, commissioning and maintenance activities of Pumps, compressors (Centrifugal & Reciprocating), Hydro testing, Preparation for chemical cleaning vessels and pipe lines.  Preparation jobs for commissioning equipment’s, OTP (Operational Test Procedure) presentation to the clients.  Lube oil flushing of entire lube oil circuits, filters and strainers replacements.  Checking the alignments, vibrations, temp level of the rotary equipment’s.  Replacements of transport bearings to original bearings.  Assistance to vendors and coordinate with client for the package commissioning.
