Responsible to update Production daily reports and updating of Well operations data base. - Facilitate pre-job meetings to review work programme and procedures. - Control and supervises the activities of a team of Contracts work force involved in well service - Supervising of Surface Well testing and Wellhead operations and Maintenance Team - Installation and replacement of ESP Pump and beam balanced pump. - Maintains and installs component parts of rod pumps . -Assist in preparing wells and production systems / equipment for handover for well intervention operations (Well test. coild tubing). - perform wells integrity tests for all X-Mas tree valves , and other surface facilities. - Supervise or carry out repair or replacement of valves, actuators and wellhead equipment in accordance with OEM approved procedures and practices. - Executes and Implements Permit to Work System on the Well head site as per Safety regulations. - Witness integrity test of Xmas tree valves for worked over / newly drilled wells. - Assist with raising of Synergi Reports and resolution of well equipment related problems, anomalies and corrective actions. - Work with Well Integrity Engineers to optimise and achieve the schedule of Wellhead/Xmas tree testing, maintenance, investigation and repair activities.
