Periodically attend all the Project/Senior/HOD meetings ➢ Daily & Weekly Inspection, Checks, Service, PM and Mock Drill ➢ Maintaining all paper works like PTW, TBT, Risk Assessment & JSA ➢ Follow the company’s procedures and policies ➢ Support/Perform surveys & Certifications ➢ Work order, Requisition with right specifications and responding to the emails. ➢ Coordinating with the team to ensure Teamwork ➢ ReDiagnose and repair mechanical failures and breakdowns. Conduct root cause analysis to prevent repeated issues. Replace or repair faulty components including bearings, pumps, motors, valves, and gear systemsport the near miss, incidents and accidents Supervise and coordinate rig mechanics and mechanical technicians. Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed according to maintenance schedules. Provide technical guidance and training to junior mechanics.
