Served as Pumping Supervisor for offshore well stimulation operations on ADNOC jack-up barges, responsible for managing pumping unit packages and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of stimulation pumping activities. Supervised rig-up and rig-down of pumping spreads, verified the operational readiness of high-pressure pumping equipment, and coordinated with offshore teams to ensure smooth job execution in compliance with ADNOC standards and offshore HSE requirements. Performed preventive maintenance and frontline troubleshooting on pumping equipment to maintain operational reliability and minimize non-productive time. Ensured that inspection, certification, and documentation of pumping equipment were current prior to job execution. Maintained detailed job documentation including operational checklists, pumping logs, and post-job reports in accordance with company procedures and client requirements. Previously worked with Halliburton India as a Frac/Acid Operator, where responsibilities included operating FB4K and FBT-75 blender units, assisting in hydraulic fracturing operations, performing bucket tests to calibrate chemical additive dosing systems, and operating high-pressure pumping equipment including HT-400 Panther and HQ-2000 pumps. Executed pumping operations such as injectivity testing, acid stimulation, sand scouring, annulus de-choking, ESP motor flushing, screen backwash, and wellbore cleanout while maintaining stable pumping rates and safe operating pressures. Also supported frac fleet rig-up, fluid preparation, sand handling operations, and maintenance of manifolds, plug valves, check valves, and other pressure pumping equipment while maintaining strict adherence to safety procedures and operational standards.
