Checking of all the Equipment’s or Facilities [proper rating gaskets, flanges, bolts/studs, supports, pr. Gauge, Temp. gauge, flow-orifice, vent, drain, PSV & other ancillaries in the system]  Carried out Auditing by the respective Dept.’s. competitive personnel.  Prepare Punch list & get execution from the contractor.  Get the proper work permits for startup.  Ensure hydro testing, flushing, cleaning, blowing& nitrogen purging of the system.  Check all the bolts for suction, discharge, vent drain, foundation & check for anyleaks.  Carryout the priming Inspection of trays and packing materials.  Regular cleaning and monitoring of internal flow patterns.  Checking for leaks and ensuring structural integrity. Inspection for leaks, corrosion, and damage.  Ensuring correct flow rates and pressure management.  Coordination with welding and fabrication teams for repairs or replacements.
