As the coil Tubing in-charge, I am responsible for managing to all my coil Tubing operation to ensure jobs are executed safely. Efficiently, and according to the planned programme. my role involves co-ordinating with operation teams to ensure that every job is mobilization on time and the crew arrives at the location fully prepared with the required equipment and ducoments.i closely monitor filed activities to ensure that all operations followed the approval procedure,safely standards and company policies. I also conduct interviews and evaluation for new personnel hiring to ensure competent and qualified staff are selected for the department. In addition i manage the maintenance planning of all coil Tubing equipment, ensuring preventive maintenance is completed on schedule to maintain reliability and operational readiness, i coordinate procurement of spares parts and critical component required for operation and maintenance. Another key responsibilities include managing third-party vendor, reviewing contracts and coordinating ammendment when operational requirements change. I also oversee crew welfare matters such as salary review, performance evaluation and promotion. Overall my rola to ensure smooth coil Tubing operation.
