Assembly, disassembly, and overhauling of various rotary and static machinery and equipment, including motors, mechanical systems, Gear Boxes, hand tools, power tools, cooling units, etc. • Maintenance, reconditioning, and troubleshooting of rotary and static equipment. • Repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and equipment, Oilfield Tools and equipments,Industrial and manufacturing equipment's and tools including facility maintenance. • Installation and alignment of pumps, motors, compressors, and various mechanical equipment, following OEM instructions. • Reading and interpretation of engineering drawings, assembly drawings, and hydraulic/pneumatic circuit diagrams. • Maintenance, reconditioning, and troubleshooting of various CNC machines, chip conveyors, welding machines, etc. • Installation, alignment, and calibration of CNC machines and conveyors as per OEM guidelines. • Maintain maintenance activities in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) • Replacement of motors, bearings, filters, belts, chains, O-rings, gaskets, mechanical seals, and oil seals. • Operate Overhead, Jib Cranes and other lifting tools to transport and set up work piece. • Maintenance ,overhauling and troubleshooting of HVAC systems. • Performing both electrical and mechanical duties as required. • All tasks carried out in compliance with HSE and quality standards. • Performing additional assigned tasks such as welding, fabrication, painting, woodworking, and housekeeping of the work area. • Executing preventive, corrective, breakdown, and scheduled maintenance activities on a routine basis. • Managing inventory and maintaining necessary documentation for all tools, mechanical equipment, machines, and their components.
