Provide technical leadership and support for offshore crane maintenance, upgrades, and servicing. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for NOV Hydralift Molde cranes and other mechanical equipment. Coordinate with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to obtain technical guidance and ensure compliance with operational and safety standards. Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians to improve operational efficiency and reliability. Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of offshore cranes, hydraulic systems, and mechanical components. Execute planned preventive maintenance and respond effectively to breakdown maintenance. Identify equipment faults and raise detailed work requests, maintenance reports, and technical documentation. Provide technical input to maintenance planners on work orders, tools, spare parts, and manpower requirements. Conduct equipment inspections and testing to ensure compliance with operational specifications and safety standards. Support installation, alignment, and commissioning of new crane systems. Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies, safety procedures, and emergency contingency plans while promoting a safe working environment.
