RESPONSIBILITIES ·        Planning and Preparation: Collaborating with engineers, wellsite supervisors, and clients to develop detailed plans for coiled tubing operations. This involves reviewing well conditions, job objectives, equipment requirements, and safety protocols ·        Crew Management: Leading a team of coiled tubing operators and technicians, assigning tasks, and ensuring that the crew members are properly trained, competent, and following safety guidelines ·        Equipment and Logistics: Coordinating the mobilization and demobilization of coiled tubing units, ensuring that the required equipment, tools, and materials are available on-site. Monitoring the maintenance and performance of equipment to ensure optimal functionality ·        Operational Execution: Overseeing the execution of coiled tubing operations in the field. This includes supervising the running and retrieval of coiled tubing into and out of the wellbore, operating associated surface equipment, and monitoring job progress ·        Quality Control: Ensuring that the coiled tubing operations are conducted in accordance with established procedures, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Conducting regular checks to verify the quality of work and adherence to safety practices ·        Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving operational challenges, such as equipment malfunctions, downhole issues, or unexpected well conditions. Working closely with the engineering team to develop solutions and make necessary adjustments to the job plan ·        Safety and Risk Management: Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring that all crew members comply with safety policies and procedures. Conducting safety meetings, risk assessments, and incident investigations to prevent accidents and mitigate risks ·        Communication and Reporting: Maintaining effective communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on job progress, address concerns, and manage expectations. Generating detailed reports on job performance, equipment usage, and operational costs.
