Perform drilling rig HSE Weekly audit and coordinate HSE meetings to discuss about HSE deviations to be solved and JSA • Ensure that sub-contractors operate in a safe manner and comply with the project safety policy • Liaise with main contractors’ safety manager regarding safe work environment required at site • Liaise with government bodies, hospital and main contractor for effectively attending emergencies at site • Develop and implement safe system of work for the project in conjunction with the project director or in charge • Conduct review of risk assessment, implementation of permit to work system and critical activities on hazardous locations • Train personal to perform the roles assigned to them in case of emergency situation • Assist in identifying key safety meetings discussion topics • Assist and observe the drilling contractor safety reps and when no other safety reps on location, develop the schedule and proficiency for: ➢Inspections ➢Proficiency Drills – (Pit and kick drills, Fire Drills, Emergency Drills, Etc.) ➢Hazzard hunts of all rig areas ➢Review rig roaster with rig safety training coordinator (RSTC), or equivalent for compliances with SSE guidelines ➢Identify the availability of MSDS file ➢Assist in reviewing crew certification and training records
