● Supervised and execute primary and remedial cementing operations for onshore and offshore wells in accordance with approved job programs and operational procedures. ● Lead field crews during rig-up, rig-down, and pressure testing of cementing and pumping equipment to ensure operational readiness and safety compliance. ● Operate and monitor cementing units, batch mixers, high-pressure triplex pumps, and surface pumping systems during cementing, well intervention, and stimulation operations. ● Perform pumping operations for stimulation treatments, including acidizing and other well stimulation fluids, while maintaining required pump rates and pressures. ● Ensure accurate slurry mixing, density control, displacement volumes, and pumping parameters to achieve effective zonal isolation and treatment placement. ● Monitor real-time operational parameters including pump rate, pressure, slurry properties, and treatment fluids, making adjustments to maintain job efficiency. ● Maintain strict adherence to HSE standards, well control procedures, and company safety policies to ensure safe operations. ● Coordinate with drilling, completion, and well intervention teams for smooth execution of cementing and stimulation programs. ● Troubleshoot operational challenges during pumping and cementing jobs to minimize non-productive time (NPT). ● Prepare and submit detailed job reports, operational records, and post-job evaluations for client and internal documentation.
