Roles and Responsibilities
- Delivering technical design for rig-less operations including N2 pumping, matrix acidizing, stimulation, logging, perforation, plug & abandon, frac plug milling, fishing, inflatable packers and cementing. - Supervising offshore/onshore well intervention operations including stimulation, perforation, fishing, milling, inflatable packers, cementing, and sand-jet perforation. - Producing detailed technical reports, contractor reviews, and corrective action plans. DESC Engineer for major operators (Pertamina, Santos, Chevron, Repsol, Vestigo), planning and executing specialized projects. - Preparing Technical Requirements for Tender Submission. - Mentoring junior staff, promoting competency progression and HSE awareness. - Preparing and redressing BHAs, ensuring fit-for-purpose equipment. - Creating CoilHose and Coiled Tubing simulation using Insite Well Intervention, CIRCA, and Cerberus
