I'm responsible for planning, supervising, and safely executing well intervention operations using a Coiled Tubing Unit. The supervisor coordinates with engineers and the site team to ensure that all operations are carried out according to the approved program and safety standards. Their duties include supervising equipment rig-up, monitoring operational parameters such as pressure, pumping rate, and tubing depth, and making real-time decisions during operations like cleanout, fishing, or chemical treatments. The supervisor also ensures strict compliance with well control and safety procedures, often aligned with standards from organizations such as the International Well Control Forum, while maintaining communication with the client or operating company, and preparing detailed daily operational reports.
