Develop detailed job programs tailored to client requirements while ensuring operational efficiency and risk mitigation. Supervise field operations, providing technical guidance to crew members during execution of coiled tubing interventions such as cleanouts, milling, nitrogen lifting, acidizing, and wellbore displacement. Utilize data acquisition systems to monitor and analyze real-time operational parameters including pump rates, pressures, weight indicators, and downhole tool performance to ensure safe and optimal job execution. Prepare comprehensive operational reports, job summaries, tickets, and performance trackers for client review and sign-off. Promote and enforce strict adherence to safety policies, procedures, and hazard management among crew members to maintain a safe working environment. Coordinate equipment mobilization and demobilization to and from client locations, ensuring proper logistics planning and equipment readiness. Facilitate pre-job safety meetings, technical briefings, and post-job debrief sessions to review operational performance and identify improvement opportunities. Monitor chemical utilization during operations, ensuring correct mixing, pumping procedures, and accurate documentation through chemical utilization sheets for client verification.
