I hold an engineering degree in Geology (Structural geology & Geochemistry 2007). Currently, I am working as Senior Well Integrity Engineer / HSE within the algerian regulator (Hydrocarbon Regulation Agency - ARH, Algeria, July 2019-Till now), where my main responsibilities include overseeing the integrity of all wells across Algeria—including production wells, injection wells, and those currently being drilled—as well as reviewing, monitoring and validating Plug & Abandonment (P&A) programs & operations, and following the Carbon Capture & Storage (CCS) Monitoring (Seismic 2D, 3D, 4D, seismic inversion, Walk-around VSP, InSar, Geochemistry, Geomechanics). I'm a a Member of the Sectoral Committee for monitoring of CCS project in Algeria (InSAR, Seismic, Geomechanics, Geochemistry, …), a Member of Committee in charge of proposing a CCUS strategy in the hydrocarbons sector. Notably, I had contributed to the development of the Executive Decree that defines the technical regulations for well integrity. Previously, I worked as Directional Driller (Weatherford, MAR 2018-APR 2019), MWD engineer (Weatherford, MAR 2018-APR 2019), Drilling Instructor consultant within two companies (Algerian Institute of Petroleum, IAP – Sonatrach and NAPA, Jan 2015-Nov 2017), Turbodriller/MWD engineer II (SLB, APR 2014-AUG 2014), Drilling Real time Operations Engineer - RTOC OSE (SLB, JUL 2010-MAR 2014) and Mudlogging (Baker Hughes, JUL 2008-JUL 2010). Additionally, I worked as company representative for NAPA. And, I was making a proofreading of drilling documents for one company.
