Safety , proper use of tools n equipment, tool box meeting, proper communication, making crew understand their job , training crew , work in safe environment, watching other while working and using buddy system so that nobody hurts and work while proper PPE , Report any accidents to your senior level Make report about job you have done per day Communication with everyone in gentle manner Been a supervisor is responsibility to keep company equipment in safe as well crew work n be working in safe environment and manner And need all the safety as to be identify on the work site Use proper ppe while entering well site and in yard follow instructions and need to inspect equipment you use before using it Always do tool box meeeting with your crew before starting the job Need to drink water in summer time so you don’t get hydrated and fall Proper gps need to use while going at wellsite in desert and satellite phone too for proper signals If anyone does mistake please show him on gently and in proper way Training is always good for new join ppl so that they understand the work methods and organisations
