• Perform other duties as assigned. • Followed company procedures to maintain work environment in a neat and orderly. • Performed regular job site observations to provide direction for all general contractor. • Assign and coordinate tasks for the team members. • Attend monthly safety inspection and meetings. • Work with maintenance supervisors to achieve process plant equipment efficiency. • Work under the general direction of a plant superintendent, plant manager or facilities. • Day to Day Maintenance Activities • Preventive Maintenance of All Equipments like Centrifugal Pumps, Fin-Fan Coolers & Conveyer System • Overhauling of All Rotating Equipment’s • Working with Static Equipment’s • Carrying Out Running Maintenance of All Critical Equipment • Carrying Out of All Preventive, Predictive & Breakdown Maintenance • Involving in Emergency Shutdown Activities • Towers (Washing Towers), Remove All Types of Trays (Bubble Cap, Valve & Sieve) • Heat Exchangers with its All Types Shell, Tube, Plate, Compact (Fixed Tube, Floating Head, U-Tube & Kettle) Loading, Unloading Catalyst According to the Safety Material Data Sheet for Many • Types of Reactors & Vessels • Pressure Vessel (Vertical & Horizontal) • Maintenance of Valves (Gate, Globe, Check, Ball, Butterfly & Plug Valves) • Maintenance of Pressure Relief System (PSV, TSV), (Pressure Safety Valve& Breathing Valve)
