• Pre-Job Preparation • Inspect and prepare coil tubing units and tools. • Load and transport equipment to job site. • Conduct pre-trip and pre-job inspections. • Job Site Operations • Rig up and rig down coil tubing and support equipment. • Perform well interventions such as: • Well cleanouts • Acid stimulation • Nitrogen lifting • Milling plugs • Fishing operations • Monitor operations and adjust equipment as needed. • Post-Job Activities • Clean, inspect, and maintain tools and equipment. • Ensure accurate job data is recorded and reported. • Assist in equipment troubleshooting and repairs. • Team Coordination • Work under the direction of the Coil Tubing Supervisor or Field Engineer. • Assist with training and mentoring junior crew members. • Follow all site-specific and company safety protocols. • Participate in safety drills and daily toolbox talks. • Ensure proper use of PPE and safe handling of chemicals and tools.
