• Plan, design, execute, and evaluate Coiled Tubing (CT), Stimulation, and N2 services in accordance with client specifications and company standards • Maintain operational and technical proficiency in all CT applications including clean-out, stimulation, scale removal, cement plug via CT, N2 lifting, and other related services • Generate solid technical designs and ensure successful job execution at well sites • Coordinate with client supervisors to organize work schedules and define job objectives through pre- and post-job meetings • Ensure personnel, equipment, and materials are prepared, inspected, and delivered on time to meet operational requirements • Supervise well site operations to ensure smooth, safe, and trouble-free job performance • Ensure all phases of treatment comply with company and client QHSE policies and safety standards • Conduct safety meetings, audits, drills, and management of change (MOC) processes in alignment with company procedures
