Start various pumps, Compressor; change over operation of pumps, filters.  ★ Normal and Emergency shutdown and start up of plant, handling emergency situations. ★ Pre commissioning/ commissioning Activities. ★ Types Of Unit Operation Performed –      vertical Centrifuge,Distillation,Crystallisation, Filteration, Separation, Drying,  ★ Smooth and Safe operation of plant from field in different section to achieve production target. ★ Handling Plant Via Manually And Dcs System (Delta V) ★ Operating and Monitoring Via Dcs - Control Valve, Rav, Pump&VFD, DIT, FIT, Maintaining Level. ★ Routine check up all process equipment in the plant. Report all abnormalities And failure to control room and take corrective measures accordingly. ★ Planning and organizing commissioning. ★ Troubleshooting during power failure, instrument failure, utility failure and gas or fluid leakage. ★ Maintaining process parameters, maintaining field log sheets, assist instrument crew in maintenance of process instrument, Assist mechanical crew in preventive maintenance of equipment & mechanical maintenance jobs to coordinate with control room for Safe operation.
