Handling normal Plant start up and shutdown activities. Monitoring & Controlling Parameters in Process to ensure for Safe Operation. Continuous observation of plant parameters and continuous trending critical parameters. Logs and records all plant running parameters and reports back giving detailed information of any abnormalities and defect. Check for any abnormalities and reporting to the concerned departments. Discuss unit conditions and abnormalities with all concerned departments. Preparing standard operating procedures. Preparing procedures for special operations like handling over of equipments to maintenance. Tool box talks to new trainee operations. ISO awareness training.
