• Supervise and direct all ongoing operations at the rig site in line with the execution of the drilling program • Ensure company’s HSE and Well Engineering Technical Policy requirements are adhered to for all operations at the well site. • Ensure all potential learning’s are captured via weekly lessons learnt meetings and passed onto the Offshore team for future well planning. • Generate and review daily a 7 days forecast of activity and material movement based upon critical path activity • Provide the onsite engineering technical expertise and supervision during casing cementing /, cement squeezing,/ milling,/ fishing and well killing operations • Review and ensure correctness of all reports issued at the rig site prior to forward them to the shore base • Track, monitor and report the Daily Time Break Down activity, highlighting any nonproductive time (NPT) and properly define and allocated these NPT’s • Support HSEQ MSDS Implementation. • Recovered / replaced very old Completions strings (Gas lift / ESP) • Cutting casing, Tubing and Drill pipe, milling and fishing • Witnessing open/cased hole logging, HSD overbalance perforation, TCP under balanced operations, cased hole and thru tubing fishing jobs • Remedial Cement Jobs: squeeze off depleted reservoir • Operations under critical conditions (i.e. total losses, H2S, CO2, High Temp. 180 ºC, Well bore instability, stuck pipe) • Successfully assisted in development of good HSE attitude of contractors and service companies’ employees
