I have worked in oilfield since 2000 (23 years in Well Intervention for Coiled Tubing Operation + 3 years as Well Intervention Supervisor (Company Man). By the time, it has given me the wide knowledge and experiences related on working environment. At this level I have learned how to supervise the job by managing and organizing the people, time, and equipment to achieve the objective. I was accustomed to accept the responsibility, delegation authority, and making decision. Leadership capability that I have makes me can work through people at all levels. My background is Bachelor degree Petroleum Engineer from Islamic University of Riau, Indonesia For my career in oilfield: 23 years in Well Intervention for Coiled Operation (7 years as CT Operator + 16 years as CT Supervisor) in International Company and have field experiences in Indonesia Saudi Arabia , Oman, Iraq, Japan, Malaysia, UAE 3 year as Well Intervention Supervisor.
