Operate and monitor plant machinery and process equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Monitor and record process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, and levels. Perform routine equipment inspections to identify abnormal sounds, vibrations, leaks, or faults. Start up and shut down machines and production units safely as per operational procedures. Maintain daily log sheets and production records accurately. Handle and operate pumps, valves, reactors, tanks, and pipelines in the production process. Assist the maintenance team during preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Troubleshoot minor operational issues to minimize downtime and production loss. Follow HSE policies, safety rules, and Permit to Work (PTW) system. Respond to emergency situations and follow emergency procedures. Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness in the working area. Coordinate with control room operators, supervisors, and other departments for smooth plant operation.
