Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Supervise all on-site CT operations, including rigging up/down, of N2 & PUMP operations, pressure testing, and executing well interventions (cleanouts, acid stimulation, well-lift & pipeline leak testing. Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies, well control procedures, and company regulations. Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and readiness of CT units, injectors, reelers, and pressure control equipment (PCE). Planning & Reporting: Conduct pre-job risk assessments and toolbox talks, and prepare detailed post-job reports, operational logs, and service quality documentation. Client Interface: Liaise with client representatives on-site to ensure service delivery meets expectations. Personnel Development: Train and mentor junior operators and technicians.
