Perform complex HPHT, High H2s CT operations such as milling, clean out, perforation, well activation, fishing, and acid matrix stimulation • Execute and supervise coiled tubing operations with a strong focus on technical accuracy, well integrity, and safety compliance. • Preparing BHA and all requirements for the job after review job proposal. • Perform pressure control, tool deployment, milling, cleanout, and stimulation services. • Operate and monitor coiled tubing equipment to improve well performance. • Organizing operating and supervising coil tubing jobs as per job programs. • Maintain a safe area of work, promote safe working practices, and aim for an accident and incident-free environment. Conduct regular safety meetings prior to and during operations • Ensure work is performed in compliance with service quality
