• Directed all workover operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and regulatory-compliant execution of well servicing activities. • Supervise coil tubing acid stimulation operations, ensuring all procedures are executed safely and efficiently while coordinating with field crews, monitoring treatment parameters, and maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards. • Oversee slickline, e-line, and perforation activities, including job planning, on-site supervision, tool integrity checks, and communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure accurate, safe, and timely execution of downhole operations. • Ensure smooth and efficient well completions by coordinating between service lines, verifying all pre-job requirements are met, addressing operational challenges promptly, and maintaining clear communication with crews and stakeholders to minimize delays and optimize well readiness. • Reviewed detailed workover programs, timelines, and resource plans, ensuring all operational objectives were achievable, risks were mitigated, and resources were allocated efficiently for safe and timely well interventions. • Supervised daily field operations, including rig-up/rig-down procedures, equipment inspections, and crew coordination, to maintain operational efficiency and adherence to company and regulatory standards. • Led safety initiatives, conducting hazard assessments, facilitating toolbox meetings, implementing corrective actions, and fostering a proactive safety culture across all field operations. • Coordinated with engineering teams on technical challenges, downhole issues, and well integrity solutions, ensuring operations met design specifications and maintained optimal well performance. • Managed logistics for materials, tools, and service providers, planning and organizing resources to minimize downtime, streamline operations, and ensure uninterrupted workover activities. • Reviewed and approved job tickets, service reports, and cost summaries, maintaining budget control and accurate financial tracking for field operations. • Maintained comprehensive operational records, including daily job logs, well files, updates, and regulatory documentation, ensuring compliance and traceability. • Mentored and developed crew members, promoting a strong safety culture, reinforcing company policies and standards, and supporting operational excellence
