Primary Duties and Responsibilities: i. Manage radio room and perform radio communication with both relevant internal and external stakeholders – liaises with Offshore, Onshore logistic resources. ii. Provide Navigational Warnings & efficient radio/telephone 24 hours Telecommunication Operations between the Offshore & Onshore locations and support coordination during Emergency. iii. Coordinate with Person In-charge (PIC)/Material Coordinator (MATCO)/Production Supervisor (PS)/Maintenance Supervisor (MS)/Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) on relevant logistics activities at offshore locations. iv. Coordinate and plan for Personal Onboard (POB) movement and crew change at offshore locations. v. Provide thorough communication with helicopter/marine vessel Captain for Personal Onboard crew change. vi. Provide logistics input in terms of vessel’s optimization towards Offshore Installation Manager (OIM)/Production Supervisor (PS)/Maintenance Supervisor (MS)/Work Boat/Work Barge Company Site Representative (CSR)/Deputy Company Site Representative (DCSR) on their daily planning. vii. Coordinate with Health Safety Security and Environment (HSSE) advisor on Platform emergency critical role. viii. Update and report Security Team on Encroachment/Sightings/Intervention by Foreign Law Enforcement Agencies’ Asset. ix. Align with Material Movement Coordinator (MMC) and Supply Chain Integrated Scheduler on logistics plans with daily offshore operations and long-term project goals.
