1. General Maintenance and Cleaning Clean the drilling rig, work areas, and equipment. Remove debris, mud, and oil spills to maintain a safe working environment. Assist in keeping the rig floor organized. 2. Handling Equipment and Materials Load, unload, and move equipment, pipes, and drilling materials. Use cranes, forklifts, and hand tools under supervision. Stack and store tools and supplies properly. 3. Assisting the Drilling Crew Support technicians, drillers, and other crew members during drilling operations. Help with assembling and dismantling drilling equipment. Assist in rig-up and rig-down operations. 4. Basic Maintenance Work Help with painting, greasing, and lubricating machinery. Assist in minor repairs and equipment maintenance. Inspect tools and equipment for damage. 5. Safety Compliance Follow all safety rules and procedures on the rig. Use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as helmets, gloves, and safety boots. Report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately
