-Performing and supervise the conventional and unconventional Coiled tubing jobs ( clean out, kick off, post frac, matrix acidizing, tube clean, milling, fishing, DST..) -Select and test the right downhole tools for each job. -Supervise all aspects of coiled tubing equipment for operation to include maintenance, assembly disassembly of coil unit, nitrogen pump. -Setting up all data acquisition system (Job master) on location and solving its problems. - Making decision for troubleshooting while running the jobs and securing the well according to contingency plan. -Conducting regular maintenance and testing all the units. -Operating (coiled tubing, twin fluids pumps, N2 pump, frac gel maker) -Leads on-site operations, ensuring safe and efficient well interventions—such as cleaning, pumping, and logging—by managing crew activities, equipment maintenance, and client communication -Lead, mentor, and train operators and field personnel. -Prepare daily operational logs, field tickets, and job reports. -Enforce strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, including conducting JSAs and site inspections.
