Personally responsible for own safety and conducting ones self to the standards of Company Procedures • Work on rig floor when drilling and tripping • Always keep work areas clean and make a safe working environment • Attend and participate in all safety meeting and drills • Be involved in the Smart Program • Always be aware of your surroundings and pay attention when working tongs or operating air hoists • Always use proper lifting techniques when lifting heavy materials or items • Always wear your Personal Protective Equipment • Work safely at all times • Work together as a team • Keep a good attitude • Help as needed to keep rig running efficiently and properly If not sure on how to do something properly, ask for help and guidance • Always watch out for your fellow crewmembers and correct them if you see them doing something incorrectly • Do your best to keep all rig and location clean and organized at all times • Do whatever is asked of you to the best of your ability
