My responsibilities included: • Performing thorough physical and visual inspections for signs of leakage, damage, or wear. • Checking and replacing engine oil, coolant, and fuel filters at scheduled intervals. • Conducting battery health checks, verifying fuel and oil quality, and monitoring coolant system performance. • Identifying and rectifying operational faults, such as irregular combustion or starting issues. • Inspecting belts, hoses, gaskets, and seals for damage and replacing them as required. • Performed top-end and bottom-end overhauls, including piston inspection, valve grinding, injector • servicing, and turbocharger maintenance. • Documented inspections with photo evidence and digital reports, including timestamped condition assessments. • Replaced hydraulic hoses, seals, O-rings, and fittings as per system requirements. • Performed regular oil analysis to assess fluid condition and replaced hydraulic oil to maintain efficiency and prevent contamination.
