- Responsible for guiding and developing leaders within an organization to actively promote a strong safety culture by coaching them on behaviors, decision-making, and practices that prioritize employee safety, leading to improved overall safety performance across the workplace. • Support ExxonMobil Well Operations Supervisor in the implementation of site safety program. • Provide training for personnel working at rig site to properly implement safety program such as Permit to Work system, Job Safety Analysis writing, STOP card writing, Hazard Hunt/Identification, Energy Isolation (Lock-Out Tag-Out Try-Out), Confined Space Entry, Hot/Cold work, Working at Height, General Work Permit, Handling of Hazardous Material, and proper use of PPE. • Observe implementation of Permit to Work system, Toolbox Talk, Pre-job Safety Meeting, proactively participate and provide feedback for the crew to improve quality of individual and overall team leadership skills,communications, and SSHE toolkit implementation
