Responsible for planning, supervising, and executing coiled tubing operations in a safe and efficient manner while ensuring compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and industry standards. I supervise CT crews during well intervention activities and coordinate daily operational tasks at the wellsite to ensure that work is performed according to the approved program and operational guidelines. During operations, I closely monitor well parameters such as pressure, pump rates, weight indicator readings, and depth correlation to ensure the safety and efficiency of the operation. I also ensure that all CT equipment including the injector head, BOP stack, reel, control cabin, and pressure control equipment are properly inspected, function-tested, and maintained before and during operations. Safety is a major priority in my role. I conduct pre-job safety meetings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments to ensure that all personnel are aware of potential hazards and follow company HSE policies. I work closely with company representatives, engineers, and other service providers to coordinate operations such as well cleanouts, nitrogen lifting, stimulation support, milling, and other well intervention activities. In addition, I troubleshoot operational issues and make technical decisions to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency. I am also responsible for preparing daily operational reports and final job reports, ensuring accurate documentation and successful job delivery.
