Equipments preparation: Make sure all equipments are good condition and working properly after function test. Double check all parts which required in the job site. Compled all documents before leaving for job site. Conducting pre job meeting before start rigging up. Working safely if any accident happened please report to Supervisor incharge. Conducting again pre job meeting before running in hole/RIH and follow the job program. Once job completed and doing pre job meeting before doing rigging down. Completet post job documents then mobilize equipments to the yard and maintenance equipments for the next job. Redress BOP stack, check blind ram, shear ram, slip ram and pipe ram, change parts if any damaged then doing function test, after that conduct hydro test with low pressure then high pressure, so check also condition of hydraulic hoses and o-ring conection, put on liting cup on top of BOP for ready to loading, keep clean. Stuffing Box, change stirpper packer size as job required, doing function test then continue with hydro test, check any leakages if getting holding pressure, bleed off pressure slowly up to 0 psi and make ready for next job. CT Control cabin, make sure all gauges and switches are good condition and working properly and doing function tests. Injector Head, put on gripper blocks size as job required, check hydraulic motors and gauges condition working properly, check out the pins of Ghoose Neck of Injector Head are put on properly. Pull Test, put on stuffing box special for pull test then enter pull test bar inside injector head thru out to stuffing box, put on safety sign, barrier line around pull test area, and only authorized personals allow enter the pull test area, conducting pre job pull test meeting, if pull test doing succesful and rig down, keep pull test chart for the next job documen. Nitrogen Converter and Tank, making up function test, hydraulic heater, booster pump, gauges and cooler are good condition and doing function test and pressure test. Fluid Pumps, check parts and condition and doing function test and pressure test, prepare water tank/frac tanks, suction and discharge hoses needed also C-pump.
