1. Support Drilling Operations Assist the Driller in operating drilling equipment. Monitor drilling parameters like weight on bit, mud circulation, and torque. Help in running drill pipe, casing, and other tubulars. 2. Equipment Handling & Maintenance Inspect rig equipment daily and report any malfunctions. Help maintain and lubricate drilling machinery. Ensure tools and equipment are ready and in safe working condition. 3. Safety & Compliance Follow HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) rules strictly. Assist in implementing well control procedures. Participate in safety meetings and drills. 4. Team Support Supervise and coordinate with floorhands, roughnecks, and other crew members as needed. Carry out instructions from the Driller efficiently. Train or guide new crew members on basic rig operations. 5. Reporting & Documentation Help maintain daily drilling reports and logs. Record equipment usage, drilling progress, and incidents.
