 Carried out Preventive, break down, shut down and Running maintenance on all Static and Rotating Equipment’s, Pumps, Compressors, Turbines, Fin fans and Blowers, Separators, Valves, Heat Exchangers, Coolers, Gear Boxes, Vessels, conveyors, Turbo expander, diesel engine, boilers and accessories and process control and specialized units.  Involving in emergency shutdown activities  Hands-on experience in handling mechanical seals, O-rings, gaskets and shaft seals  Ability to identify piping specs, gaskets, bolts and nuts, valves etc. and able to carry out the work on all the piping  Able to take precision measurement using depth gauges, micrometer, Vernier calipers etc. and must be able to work to very close tolerances.  Experience in preventive maintenance and break down Maintenance and over hauling of Rotating Equipment Turbine, Compressor, reciprocating Compressor, Gear Box, Pumps, Fans Blowers and Static Equipment.  Plan and execute Hydrotest of Pipelines, Leakage Test of Pipelines, Flushing & Cleaning of Pipelines, & System dry-out.  Maintains equipment by tightening fitting, replacing valve packing, gaskets, valves, gauges, etc. and cleaning, replacing, oiling and lubricating other component parts and equipment as required.  Opens and closes valves as required for proper system operations and mechanical isolations.
