Here are the Roles and Responsibilities of a Nitrogen Supervisor in oilfield operations: 1. Job Planning Plan nitrogen pumping operations according to the job program. Review job procedures, safety requirements, and equipment needed. 2. Supervision of Crew Supervise nitrogen operators and helpers at the location. Assign duties to crew members and ensure proper work coordination. 3. Equipment Inspection Check nitrogen pump units, boosters, hoses, and gauges before the job. Ensure all equipment is in good working condition. 4. Safety Compliance Conduct toolbox talks before starting the job. Ensure all crew follow HSE procedures and PPE requirements. 5. Operation Monitoring Monitor pressure, rate, and nitrogen flow during pumping operations. Ensure the job is performed according to the program. 6. Communication Coordinate with company representatives, coil tubing supervisors, and other service crews. 7. Troubleshooting Identify and solve equipment or operational problems during the job. 8. Reporting Prepare job reports, equipment reports, and safety reports after completing the job. 9. Maintenance Ensure proper maintenance of nitrogen units and related equipment. 10. Safety of Crew and Equipment Maintain safe working conditions and prevent accidents during operations.
