Senior Pump operator, for CTU, Snubbing, Hydraulic work over,Frac,Stimulation, and sand control. Competent for handling, rig up, mixing chemical, operate, troubleshoot and maintenance the pumping and mixing equipment, experience onshore and offshore facilities. Experience in working middle east. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as per job standart. Comply with safety and regulations for job execution and delivery. Perform equipment check, equipment horse power test for the equipment performance and fitness. Rig up and Operate the surface discharge manifold equipment on site for the job execution. Pressure test the surface manifold equipment as per job requirements.Handling and Mixing chemical as per job mixing schedule and follow safety standards. Rig up fluid system onsite as per P&ID from DOS and job program, Frac Tank,filtration unit, Centrifugal pump, low pressure hoses and manifold, Mud tank, batch mixer and dump line. Function test the line up as per job requirements.
