• Lead and coordinate all drilling crew activities with direct accountability for well condition, operational safety, and compliance with company procedures. • Execute drilling operations in strict alignment with approved well programs, Drilling Standing Instructions (SID), and operational plans. • Manage drilling fluid systems, including preparation, mixing, transfer, conditioning, solids control, and tank alignment for circulation and pumping operations. • Supervise load handling activities and monitor critical equipment performance, including pump systems and automatic fluid control units. • Oversee BHA assembly, measurement of tubulars and downhole tools, and stabilizer manufacturing and repair. • Control maintenance, repair, and assembly of drill string equipment, ensuring readiness for upcoming drilling phases
